In this Administrative Assistant role in London, you'll be joining a rapidly growing family of communications businesses doing everything from PR, film production and brand strategy through to internal communications, tone of voice consultancy and design.

They work with a huge variety of clients across Media & Telecoms, FMCG, Health & Leisure, Technology and more They are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team based in their office in Tottenham Court Road.


Job description - Administrative Assistant

This role sits within the Operations Team, working closely alongside the Operations Director in all day-to-day activities, ensuring that the office functions smoothly.

You'll be working at the London office, ensuring it's a welcoming, brilliant place to work for all your colleagues.

You'll work to support the entirety of the Group's agencies with their administrative needs such as booking training and coordinating events.

This role holds huge scope for progression as they continue to scale and grow their operations.


Key responsibilities - Administrative Assistant

  • In this Administrative Assistant job, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:_
  • Keeping the London office tidy and organised, the stationery cupboard stocked, and the printer working
  • Keeping risk assessments up to date
  • Providing administrative support to the various agencies
  • Supporting the Group Operations Director to integrate new agencies
  • Liaising with the IT support company
  • Answering the phone and greeting people at reception
  • Supporting Group HR including onboarding (welcoming people to the Group) and offboarding.
  • Supporting Group marketing initiatives and goals
  • Managing diaries and schedules and booking meeting rooms
  • Organising socials
  • Ensuring the file server stays organised
  • Looking for new awards to add to the database on the website

Job requirements - Administrative Assistant

  • A degree from university
  • Familiar with Office 365 (or similar systems)
  • Selfstarter who proactively looks to improve processes
  • Excellent communicator with energy and enthusiasm
  • Used to working in a fastpaced environment
  • Can juggle multiple priorities
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Highly organised with good timekeeping skills
  • IT literate and comfortable using webbased software
