Job description Are you a passionate and talented recent Graduate looking for an exciting opportunity in a 'Good' school? Step Teachers are working alongside a secondary school in Devon who are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to instill that passion in the school's students.

This is a full-time 5-day-a-week role starting

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic progress and personal development of our students, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the school through cover supervision duties.

You will work closely with students, teachers, and senior leadership to deliver high-quality education and maintain a positive learning environment.

Uphold the school's behaviour management policies and intervene as necessary to address any disruptions or issues that arise during cover supervision.

Collaborate with teaching staff to contribute to the development of schemes of work, resources, and assessment materials.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school events as required.
Bachelor's degree recent holder
