- Ensure daily handovers between departments are completed and any potential issues are discussed and documented
- Work closely with the procurement and planning team to ensure production output meets sales demand
- Provide supervision, support and leadership to the Production team and identifying areas to improve production processes and develop people
- Ensure that labour is managed effectively to ensure production can be maintained and daily targets are met to high standards of quality
- Strong production leadership background in an FMCG manufacturing environment with a collaborative management style
- Excellent communication skills with a 'right first time' mindset

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an innovative FMCG company based in Worksop to recruit a Production Team Leader to join their vibrant manufacturing facility as they enter their next phase of growth.
Hours: Days and nights rotational shift pattern - 12 hours per shift and plenty of rest days
Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, the Production Team Leader will support daily operations whilst leading a team to deliver on the production plan.
