Our client is seeking a highly diligent; versatile; and reliable delivery professional who will be able to deliver an engaging events and exhibitions portfolio in their area.

Savvy Media are working with a leading London-based team who develop several events that appeal to creative Londoners; deliver art exhibitions and installations; and operate intimately with their locale.

They are looking for a proven experiential eventsand installations delivery professional who can support a diverse calendar of high-profile events, managing multiple projects at once, and dealing with stakeholders of all backgrounds.


Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Production of leading events and exhibitions
  • translating creative concepts and ideas into well-run events;
  • Coordination with all external partners; contractors; and stakeholders, which will include councils; local government; venues; transport authorities; and more, ensuring procurement/communication/activation;
  • Delivery of the calendar of events/exhibitions/markets across sectors including arts and culture; food and drink; wellness; design; and beyond;
  • Management of event staff including cleaning and security, as well as procurement and logistics;
  • Leadership on health and safety, as well as accessibility dealing with operations, marketing, infrastructure, and brand teams to ensure logístical needs are well balanced with artistic integrity;
  • Ensuring site plans and any safety measures/restrictions are maintained, and communicated to teams ahead of any events or activations;
  • Ensuring the events schedule fits within placemaking objectives;
  • Acting as the goto for onsite event logistics before, during, and after all events.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills;
  • History of networking and developing commercial/cultural partnerships: coordinating contracts for artists, partners, and stakeholders for exhibitions and events;
  • Proven experience of experiential events and installation delivery, with event production training;
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and people at once;
  • Fantastic communication skills to liaise with stakeholders of all backgrounds and levels of seniority;
  • Experience in budget and project management, with knowledge in project management tools and project costing software.
