    An exciting opportunity has come up for a Legal Administrator to join our top legal client in Nottingham on a permanent basis.

    Key duties to include:

    Managing colleague diaries and arranging meetings.

    • Liaising with client relations via email, mail, telephone and in-person.
    • Maintaining internal database and and general files.
    • General administrative duties.
    • Assisting with the organisation of internal training.
    The successful candidate will have:
    • Previous experience in an administrative based position.
    • Highly organised and attentive to detail.
    • Strict work ethic and willingness to learn.
    • Strong typing abilities and experience with Microsoft Office.
    • Exercised interpersonal skills.
