Our client is an international law firm seeking to hire a Senior Conflicts & AML Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conflicts or AML Analyst looking for a step up and more responsibility.

In this role, you'll support fee earners globally on a range of compliance issues, help improve current systems, and have the opportunity to get involved with compliance projects.

To apply for this role, you will need significant experience handling and completing conflict searches and AML enquiries gained at an international law firm.

Analysing conflict checks to identify legal and commercial conflicts.
Act as an escalation point for junior team members.
Reviewing AML compliance.
Monitoring workflow and making necessary allocations.
Handling ad hoc queries, such as requests for file reopening and company checks.
Training new staff members on AML policies and procedures.
Horizon scanning for regulatory changes and providing training to implement changes.
Maintaining AML policies and procedures.
Mentoring and providing training support to junior team members.
