Description
As a Sales Executive your role is to support your clients by ensuring timely assessment of requests, customer financial analysis and by helping customers with enquiries.
Duties:
Carrying out the full sales process
Building partnerships with assigned clients
Evaluating requests and updating customers with approval or rejection
Ensuring the best customer experience
Managing Complaints and directing them to the relevant team
Reviewing accuracy and all information and documentation is correct
Entering relevant data into management IT systems.
Providing support with the contract processExperience and Skills:
A natural rapport builder with strong communication skills
Strong organisational skills
