    Job Description

    Key responsibilities as OTC Coordinator include handling Accounting (RTR), Customer billing, banking and reporting (OTC), and Accounts Payables activities (PTP).

    These services are integral to the smooth functioning of UK finance activities, which are dispersed across various locations including GSS Onshore, sites within the UK, and Poland.

    Additionally, financial transactional activities are also managed through the Finance Service Centre (FSC) in Gdansk, where ISS has centralised certain operations.

    The OTC Coordinator ensures seamless coordination and execution of these activities, contributing to the overall financial health and operational efficiency of ISS UK.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate invoicing
  • Maintain detailed status reporting on all invoice quality and drive towards 'Right First Time'
  • Engage with ISS BU teams to identify non-compliance and to re-educate stakeholders in the process to drive RFT Billing
  • Develop and enhance reporting for GSS OTC in scope activities to support the GSS service delivery model
  • Engage with GSS colleagues for Process Improvement and develop efficiencies
  • Work with the Head of OTC to deliver continuous improvement and support initiatives to maintain the integrity of the systems
  • Support internal and external audit requests
  • Perform the review and maintenance of SOPs ensuring version controls are up to date
  • Take ownership of own development as a leader
  • Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Billing experience within a finance ERP system
  • Good understanding of other processes within end-to-end OTC (i.e.,Credit Control Query Management and Cash forecasting)
  • Prior experience of working within a Finance Shared Service Centre and similar role within a multi-site
  • Good understanding of OTC processes to support the team (advantageous)
  • Proactive, forward thinking, with tenacity and good analytical and communication skills to support relationship building and stakeholder management.
  • Works independently and as part of a team, to tight deadlines
  • Intermediate level of IT skills (incl. Vlookups and Pivot tables)
