    As a Merchant Cover Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships across multiple stores. Your focus will be on offering inclusive hire solutions, featuring a diverse range of top-tier products and equipment catering to all building service sectors.     What do you need to succeed as a Merchant Cover Manager?

    • Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist
    • Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven.
    • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise
    • Holds a valid driver's license (You will operate a company van.)

    What does the Merchant Cover Manager involve?

    • Covering multiple locations, you will drive the strategy at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and customer loyalty
    • Running the HSS dedicated area within our partnering Builder's Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where you can
    • Building and maintaining the relationships with the customers to ensure we keep their repeat business.
    • Supporting key sales initiatives and strategy to hit branch KPIs and ensure we're being innovative and forward-thinking in our approach.

    Similar Working Pattern

    Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm
    (with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
