    As a HR Advisor/People Partner you are passionate about employee experience in the moments that matter.     WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

    You will be confidently partnering and supporting our managers at our manufacturing operation through all aspects of day to day leadership using your expertise and knowledge in Human Resources.

    In addition you will be part of a significant site transformation which will allow you to stretch your experience even more – we have recently had a new site leader in place and you will get to work with him on his significant people and culture agenda.

    You will be part of a wider People and Culture team that truly partner with the business to drive change in order to ensure we have high performing teams throughout our business. With our "Yatte Minahare" ("Go for it") mindset you will have the opportunity to work with HR colleagues across the function, locally, regionally and globally

    HOW YOU ADD VALUE

    • Based in our flagship manufacturing site in Coleford, Gloucestershire, you will be a true HR generalist.
    • With your background in Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient, consistent on site HR Services.
    • As the first point of contact for our leaders you will provide partnering and operational support, guiding employees and managers.
    • You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and People and Culture Director providing Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) support
    • You will work with HR Centres of Expertise (Talent, Learning and Talent Acquisition) to support any COE initiatives locally

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Solid understanding and working knowledge of broad HR functional areas, compliance regulations, and business processes in the local market
    • Expertise in ER and local laws, with strong people partnering and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within manufacturing or similar would be great.
    • The ability to roll your sleeves up, empowering guiding and enabling managers to have great people conversations – no matter how difficult the conversation
    • Passion for Change and Transformation and able to hold people to account
    • Super organized using the processes or tools we have, but remaining agile
