The post holder will participate in the provision of Administrative and Clerical duties within the Radiology Directorate to provide an efficient and effective service to the Directorate and the University Health Board.


The Radiology Directorate within Cardiff and Vale UHB are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join their Administrative and Clerical team.


The post holder will be based at Llandough Hospital however there may be a requirement to cover other hospitals within Cardiff and Vale UHB to ensure the continued delivery of services for patients.


The duties will include working at one of the Radiology reception areas within Llandough Hospital Monday to Friday between 08:30 - 17:00 hours.

It also requires the need for a degree of flexibility to work overtime to cover annual leave when required.


It is essential that you have a good standard of general education and experience of dealing with the public both face-to-face and via the telephone.

The role will require accurate data entry onto the Radiology Information System (RADIS).


Not only is this a busy and challenging specialty but the post holder will also be joining a friendly and dedicated team in Radiology.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
