- Oversee HVAC projects of varying sizes, with a focus on ventilation systems.
- Manage communication between site supervisors and clients to ensure effective project coordination.
- Handle top-level client management with confidence and conviction, resolving any issues or dependencies promptly.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- HVAC/Ductwork background with extensive experience in project management, preferably managing projects up to £1 million in value.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from large scale to multiple smaller-scale projects.
- Strong commercial background and business development skills.
- Established network within the HVAC industry, including supplier and labour contacts.
- Ability to travel as needed to support business operations.
- Leadership experience, with the capability to build and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
