    Mechanical Project Manager

    Location:

    Tewkesbury Gloucestershire Salary:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee HVAC projects of varying sizes, with a focus on ventilation systems.
    • Manage communication between site supervisors and clients to ensure effective project coordination.
    • Handle top-level client management with confidence and conviction, resolving any issues or dependencies promptly.
    • Maintain project schedules and budgets while ensuring quality standards are met.
    • Work closely with site teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • HVAC/Ductwork background with extensive experience in project management, preferably managing projects up to £1 million in value.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from large scale to multiple smaller-scale projects.
    • Strong commercial background and business development skills.
    • Established network within the HVAC industry, including supplier and labour contacts.
    • Ability to travel as needed to support business operations.
    • Leadership experience, with the capability to build and manage teams effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
