Description
Our client based in Woking are seeking a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.
This role requires someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping othersDuties:
Ensure clients receive appropriate emotional and physical care and support
Carry out any administrative duties as required
Plan and promote varied events
Be responsible for new activity ideas
Assist with content and creating a weekly newsletter
Update social media accounts including Facebook
Be responsible for ordering stock
Assist new clients with on-boarding
Assist with the running of the on-site shop including ordering supplies and taking payments Experience:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven track record of excellent customer service
Experience of working in a support/customer focused role
Ability to communicate effectively
The ability to engage and build relationships with clients
Excellent organisational skills
Organisational administrative skills
