    Leasehold Advisor - Revenue Service Charges

    Front line, office based 3 days out of 5 days, across Westminster's area service centres.

    Customer focused, empathetic, placing our residents at the heart of our daily focus.

    A strong level of knowledge calculating and billing revenue and capital service charges.

    *Experience of s20 legislation, s20B and financial controls.

    *Must have experience of working with spreadsheets.
