    Reporting to: Account Manager

    FOR THE PHARM (PART OF VML, WPP)

    ROLE

    As Account Executive on the team, you are an integral part of the day-to-day execution of the business, partnering with Programme Management and Account Management teams to deliver operational discipline & delivery excellence. Reliable, self-starting and ambitious. A good Account Executive brings energy to a piece of business and takes pride in every task set upon them.

    You are highly organised and are able to multi-task with close attention to detail, providing support to the team as well as helping deliver on process delivery and presentations, as well as be able to build relationships and work closely with the team to gain expertise in Client Services.

    A busy, dynamic office environment where no two days are the same, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, you will be confident in juggling different projects and managing deadlines.

    You proactively and confidently support on projects and ad-hoc client work and can show that you truly understand our product and how creativity and commerciality interact together for the benefit for the work and the business. You can adapt your skills to a variety of task and challenges.

    You will be comfortable working closely and building relationships with clients.

    Typically, you will report into an Account Manager or Account Director depending on the project.

    THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

    • Phone screening by internal Talent Acquisition Manager
    • 1st stage Interview via Microsoft Teams - 30 minutes. This is a more introductory and exploratory call for us to understand your experience and for you to find out more about the position and ask any specific questions.
    • and final Interview ideally in person – 45 minutes. This interview will be a deeper dive into your skillset (e.g. problem solving, client management, wider knowledge of the industry and attitude).
