Internal Sales Representative in our
Glasgow branch
The
Internal Sales Representative can enjoy

As a
Internal Sales Representative , this is what your day-to-day will look like and how your contribution will add value to our business, in addition to some extra relevant tasks as required:
- Engage with key stakeholders and customers face to face and via the phone and respond to queries, providing price quotes and processing orders
- Develop new (and maintain) sales beneficial and profitable sales by proactively targeting new customers
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time
- Submit orders into the system and maintain sales records
- Ensure accuracy of data in orders and invoices
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Internal communication of customer feedback
- Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded, and report any shortfalls/anomalies
- Keep abreast with new industry products and services (including competitors)
Internal Sales Representative we employ.
The below items are
essential:
- Able to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Committed to learn and progress within the branch
- Understanding of sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Commercial acumen
- Experience in a Sales Administrator or Support Agent role (or similar)
- CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Track record of having met and exceeded sales targets
- Customer service best practices
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Providing excellent customer service
- Prioritisation and timemanagement skills
- Adaptive communication with crosscultural awareness
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Ability to escalate concerns, anomalies or foreseen challenges to management
- IT conversant
