    This is a permanent role that requires relocation to Saudi Arabia Duties of the roleCalendar and

    Schedule Management:
    Maintain and coordinate the executive's calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

    Travel Coordination:
    Arrange international and domestic travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.
    Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.


    Communication and Correspondence:
    Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
    Screen phone calls, prioritize messages, and handle inquiries on behalf of the executive.
    Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field would be advantageous.

    You will require a minimum of five (5) years solid and continuous experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant to senior-level executives ideally in a large scale/ global corporate environment.

    You will be highly adaptable and possess excellent typing skills (at a minimum of 50 wpm).Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
