- Ensure that the bar areas are correctly prepared for service.
- To serve all beverages to the required standards and to ensure such service is friendly and efficient.
- To be aware of all the duties relating to the role of bar person refer to the function details and ensure that such duties are carried out to the required standards.
- Assistant the Lounge and Terrace with food orders and ensure a smooth running of service.
- To have a good knowledge of the history, services and facilities of the hotel and to ensure all members of staff have likewise.
- Efficient and satisfactory handling of customer complaints, and avoidance of these complaints by maintaining consistent, excellent, attentive and timely customer service.
