The Opportunity

  • UK&I Finance team lead for FP&A, responsible for leading the UK&I monthend process and production and coordination of all reporting deliverables to the Central FP&A team and International Leadership Team.
  • Lead on business planning and midyear forecasting processes, coordinating interfaces between the UK&I business teams, finance team and the Central FP&A team to produce fully appraised plans.
  • Brand Finance lead for SlimFast, working closely with the commercial and marketing teams to develop valueadditive expertise on brand health, distribution and investment opportunities and product / channel performance.
  • Support the CFM in building deeper insight into Trade Spend with retailers accuracy of SKU margins, promo timing and ROIs, etc. working closely with the Revenue Growth Manager to maximise spend effectiveness.
  • Support the FD in working closely with the Europe Product Supply Finance team in Middlesborough to understand drivers of variances in UK&I Cost of Goods Sold, including production volumes, overheads allocations and supply efficiency targets.
  • Lead on key reporting improvements, including opportunities for automation, new data and insights, and development of BI dashboards.
  • Work proactively to improve business understanding of brand performance across both SlimFast and Sports brands including brand profitability, SKU margin performance, consumption analysis and marketing efficiency / ROI.
  • Provide support to Project Flash the integration of the new SAP forecasting system for GPN. Embed the JDA Collaborate demand planning system into financial forecasting processes for UK&I, to ensure close alignment of commercial and financial forecasts.
  • Provide support to the FD and CFM, as required, in areas such as new business evaluations and decision reports, new product valuechain analysis, marketing ROI appraisals and capex appraisals.
  • Provide analysis, as required, to the Sales, Marketing, Customer and RGM teams to support strategic planning and spend decisions.
