The Client

Harmonic operations are proud to be working with an international creative agency on a retained basis in the search for their new Senior Strategist to join their team in the London offices.

This agency specialises in the beauty, fashion and cosmetics sector.

The agency is one of the UK's fastest growing cosmetics creative agencies.

It has grown rapidly over the past 2 years and offer lots of opportunities to work with a variety of different and exciting clients.

They would describe their culture as lively, collaborative and passion driven, with an emphasis on inclusion.

The office environment is designed to reflect this and is very modern and spacious, located in the city centre with access to a variety of up-and-comingrestaurants and retailers.

The Role

The role is suitable for someone who enjoys working on multiple different projects at once, with the ability to manage time and deadlines effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity to show off your management and organisation skills.

This could be relevantto a Junior Strategist who is looking to step up, to be responsible for campaigns and managing individuals within them, with a strong track record of managing campaigns and deadlines.

There will be opportunities to leave an impressive input on the business'sfuture.

In the long term, there will be progression opportunities to Strategy Director where you will take on more responsibilities and first-hand input on the business.

They currently operate with a hybrid working model and employees come into the office 2/3 days a week.

Responsibilities

Full responsibility of a team of
Monitoring the strategic direction
Gathering indepth market knowledge
The ability to work across a variety of campaigns
Setting the strategic and creative direction
Working to timings and budgets across multiple platforms
Evaluate current processes
Opportunities to take on more creative tasks and content based on your ideas

What We Need To See (Essential)

Must have experience in a marketing/communication role
Strong communication skills
Highly organised with attention to detail
A thorough and expansive knowledge of brand behaviour and consumer insights
Demonstrated success in managing campaigns
Enthusiastic and ambitious
Team leadership skills

What We Would Like To See (Desirable )

Strong understanding of market analysis and research
A social and collaborative personality
An interest in fashion, beauty and cosmetics

Salary:
£50-60k dependent on experience
