- You need to be able to undertake initial screening of enquiries.
- You will be responsible for instructing experts and be able to interpret and value evidence provided by surveyors.
- You will have an understanding of housing disrepair, and associated legislation together with the litigation process.
- You will be experienced in following the Housing Disrepair Pre Action Protocol.
- Experience of the Pro-Claim case management system would be an advantage.
- We are looking for a diligent, confident, self motivated and experienced Solicitor for our Housing Disrepair Department.
