About Our Client:


Our client is a leading facility management business and they are looking for a Customer Operations Administrator to join their Altrincham team.


As a Customer Operations Administrator you will:

  • Supporting the wider help-desk team in responding to all general customer sales and service enquiries.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is maintained
  • Providing support to the project team fieldbased operatives, taking ownership of requests
  • Providing general assistance to the project management team, operations managers and directors
  • Ensuring cover of phones busy periods
  • Responsible for the preparation and distribution of invoices using the Job Management platform

The Successful Applicant:


To be successful in this role:


  • Experience within Customer Service Administration is a must:
  • A proven track record working in a similar role, ideally within the construction and/or building industry
  • Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
