About Our Client:
Our client is a leading facility management business and they are looking for a Customer Operations Administrator to join their Altrincham team.
As a Customer Operations Administrator you will:
- Supporting the wider help-desk team in responding to all general customer sales and service enquiries.
- Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is maintained
- Providing support to the project team fieldbased operatives, taking ownership of requests
- Providing general assistance to the project management team, operations managers and directors
- Ensuring cover of phones busy periods
- Responsible for the preparation and distribution of invoices using the Job Management platform
The Successful Applicant:
To be successful in this role:
Experience within Customer Service Administration is a must:- A proven track record working in a similar role, ideally within the construction and/or building industry
- Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
