    Your role as Audit Manager


    In your role as an Audit Manager at Dains, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work across various client groups and sectors throughout the East Midlands, gaining exposure to diverse service needs and honing your skills. From supervising the audit team to providing leadership and guidance to junior members, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects.

    Responsibilities as Audit Manager:

    • You will be managing your own portfolio of clients and build trusting and respectful working relationships.
    • Planning, executing and finalising audit assignments.
    • You will assist with the development of systems and procedures.
    • You will ensure that the highest standards of quality and accuracy are met at all times.
    • You will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
    • Motivating and supporting team members to achieve their goals.
    • Be instrumental in the review process of audit files and completion is in line with best auditing practice.
    • Providing advice to clients where action and improvements is required, in a constructive and professional manner.

    Attributes we're looking for:

    • ACA/ACCA Qualified
    • Strong client relationship management experience
    • To have a professional and approachable with clients and develop good working relationships
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work to deadlines
    • Have a positive and proactive approach
    • Willingness to embrace new challenges and bring fresh ideas to the table.
    • A commitment to delivering outstanding client service and driving exceptional outcomes.
    • A valid driving license with the ability to travel to the Leicester office and sites by car.
