Talk staff are delighted to be supporting a global service business in Nottingham to recruit a Management Accountant.

You will be joining a high performing and well respected finance team that has doubled in size over the past two years to accommodate thegrowth of the business.

The role will be best suited to a fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) finance professional who is comfortable operating in a fast paced and demanding environment.

They offer a hybrid working model where you will spend two days per week in the office and three remotely.

The role:

Management and ownership of the monthly, quarterly and yearend close process on a timely basis
Perform monthend closing activities including preparation and posting of journals
Provide insightful commentary on the performance of your allocated entities
Work closely with the business to ensure efficient, correct and timely processing of transactions.
Ensure appropriate and timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and ensure followup of any reconciling or adjusting items.
To prepare documentation for the statutory audit when required.

Qualifications and experience:

Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Excellent communicator

**Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £45,000p/a + bonus

Full Time Monday

Friday 9am 5pm with hybrid working
