Are you an experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator who enjoys delivering excellent customer service? Are you who looking for an exciting new role in a well established company in Nottingham?

If so, we have a fabulous Sales Coordinator role that may be perfect for you.

We are working with a fantastic client based in Nottingham, who are looking to hire a Sales Coordinator to work alongside the Managing Director and Sales Manager to help generate appointments for the Sales team and improve customer service and relationshipswith customers.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

Excellent communication skills with customers
Confident telephone manner
Target driven
Resilient & Selfmotivated
Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to learn new technologies
Forward and independent thinking

Within this position, you'll also be:

Liaising with existing customers to keep them updated on the progress of their machine
Help increase customer satisfaction rate
Generate appointments for the sales team
Maintain an accurate CRM with customer information
Help improve communication within the company through effective record keeping
Helping with marketing efforts i.e. networking events, trade shows, social media etc.

**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £22,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience

Full time

Office based

Discretionary bonus on performance

Contributory pension scheme

Opportunities to travel within the UK and abroad
