    As a Sales Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Sales Representatives to ensure that the client experience is as efficient and enjoyable as possible.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Sales Representative
    • Respond to customer queries by phone, email and digital platforms
    • Greeting customers who visit the showroom
    • Registering visits and projects
    • Issuing quotations
    • Process orders and sample requests
    • Monitor project progression of orders
    • Assist accounting department where required
    • Administrative and clerical support
    • Liaising with freight companies
    • Handling complaints
    • Maintain showroom

    Skills & Experience:

    • Experience in similar role.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload.
    • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office-Suite
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Reflect the high standard of the brand.
