Full training can be provided to the successful candidate. They are looking to recruit a home-based Regional Surveyor ideally being located in or around South East London to cover the following post codes
- BR, CR, SE, SW2, 4, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 16.
ResponsibilitiesManage region including valuation flow and panel inputProvide high quality professional advice recognising that the Regional Surveyor is the face of the GroupComply with RICS regulations and all other requirementsKeep up to date with local markets and technical developments affecting the role including Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO's)Complete validations of panel surveyor valuation reports in respect of the region and maintain / develop panel surveyor relationshipsWhere required, help to manage Receiver of Rent, Repossession and Power of sale cases to include valuation, condition and Health & Safety reporting including working with agents as necessaryProvide Market Reports and such information that is requested to allow Group Strategy to be determinedUndertake specific tasks that support other Group business lines including Development Finance and Due Diligence exercisesAttend Head Office when requested to perform the Duty Surveyor role or for other purposes to include Regional Surveyor meetings and projectsOffering Basic salary up to approx.
