    Description
    Due to growth we are looking for a permanent part-time member of the accounts / office administration team.

    This is a varied role to support the customer service and administration function of the business, and requires someone with a flexible, enthusiastic approach.

    The Administration Assistant role includes but is not limited to:

    • Answering a large number of telephone calls.
    • Dealing with customer queries via phone calls and e-mail.
    • Supporting the functions of the accounts administration team with credit control, purchase ledger, organising transport/liaising with hauliers.
    • Support the Sales Administration team as required.
    • Typing, filing and other general office duties.

    Enthusiasm and self motivation, with a can-do attitude and a strong commitment to delivering results on time and to a high quality.


    • Outstanding time management, planning and organisational skills.
    • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and other desktop products.
