Devonshire Hayes has partnered with a fantastic company to help them secure a talented IT Project Support Officer to join their team.
You will be tasked,- Ensure internal IT Stakeholders are kept informed throughout the lifecycle of all IT projects
- Ensure all projects are supported by the relevant PMO tools with the correct goverance
- Provide regular reporting and assist the Project Support Office Manager with the planning, tracking, and reporting of the ITled project portfolio
- Facilitate and schedule internal IT meetings
- Ensure actions, risks and decisions are logged and monitored
