    StrategistCreative AgencyShoreditchStrategic thinking underpins everything our client does, and as a Strategist you will play a key role in making it happen, the agency's clients grow and ensure the creative work they do is constantly pushing boundaries.

    This is a role that you'll be able to get stuck into and take ownership of from the very beginning.

    You're an expert at managing the fine detail of multiple projects with a minimum of two to five years' strategy experience.

    Our client is a creative and strategy agency – and they exist to create ideas and campaigns that make the world better.

    As one of strategists, you'll play a key role in generating insights about our clients' audiences and developing strategies that help them engage their supporters, students and members in the Charity, Education and Membership sectors.

    You're a people person who is naturally curious and tapped into cultural, sector and technology trends.

    You'll be able to identify problems and opportunities, and be adept at communicating your ideas clearly and succinctly to both our clients and our creative team.

    You have a number of strategic skills at your disposal and adapt your approach to suit each brief that comes your way.

    You have experience planning integrated campaigns across different channels, and have a clear point of view on emerging digital trends.

    You love building relationships with creatives, client services, and clients to make sure our work is the best that it can be.

    You will be managed and mentored by our Strategy Director but will be responsible for owning and cultivating your own client projects and relationships.

    Key Skills You have a solid foundation of research skills - in particular with qualitative and quantitative researchYou have proven experience in thinking and working strategicallyYou are endlessly curious and have a passion for the Charity, Education and Membership sectorsYou are confident presenting and clearly communicating your thinking to our team and clientsYou have excellent writing skillsYou know how to blend of 'big picture' thinking with the finer detail of a campaignYou are comfortable working across different digital and offline channelsYou are a people person and enjoy working as part of a small teamYou'll be responsible for:Planning, undertaking and distilling your own primary research, both qualitative and quantitativeConstantly reviewing sector and digital trends to identify opportunities for our clientsGenerating compelling insights that provide opportunities to connect with our clients' audiences in new waysWriting and delivering inspiring, focused, creative briefs for our creative teamsOverseeing creative work with empathy, tact and a clear point of viewPlanning and moderating workshops with a number of senior client stakeholdersMapping multi-channel supporter and member journeysConfidently presenting your thinking to clients and senior teamAdvising clients and teams on channels, formats and contentWorking closely with the Client Services Team to write and challenge client briefs, and identify the strategic responseBeing a 'go-to' for strategic guidance across Consider and our clientsWorking on opportunities to develop and grow clients, including supporting our new business and business development effortsContributing to our marketing efforts with thought leadership, articles and other relevant content that builds on our strategic credentials.
