RoyaleResorts are part a rapid growing company which is one of the largest providers of residential and holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.

We are currently looking for an experienced
Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Assistant to join our friendly team at Billing Aquadrome, you will be a detrimental part of the team to keep standards high and in maintaining the RoyaleResorts facilities for our guests.

Seasonal role - runs until middle of November 2023
**Responsibilities will include:
- *

Supporting onsite contractors when necessary and create good relationships
Take direction from the management team with regards to requests from residents
To maintain the upkeep of the grounds including grass cutting (ride on and manual), strimming, edging and landscaping maintaining standard.
To complete general maintenance around park such as repairs and upgrades to our holiday homes, fixing or replacing a leaky tap to painting wallboards.
To complete repair jobs raised on the main complex
To ensure all work is carried out in line with the Health and Safety policy to maintain the safety of all team members, guest and owners at all times
To maintain existing central areas/facilities
To carry out proactive and reactive maintenance works on park

**Full time, 5 days over am-4.30pm (Weekend work will be required on a rota basis)
