Description

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HGV (C+E), Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

Monday
Friday
Starts generally at 4AM
until finish
differs. (Must be able to do nights out occasionally)
Overtime available at weekends, must be able to work 5 weekends per year.
Carrying high value. Use of a pump truck, no handball deliveries
Usually 24 deliveries
To complete the safe & efficient transportation of high value goods to customers using a commercial motor vehicle meeting company, customer & legislative requirement
Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

You will Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
Experience required for this role is 2 years driving C+E minimum.
