- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience

Job summary
A vacancy has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 2 administration assistant/receptionist to join our busy team to provide administrative and reception duties to assist in the smooth running of the integrated Sexual Health service. The successful candidate must be well organised, able to prioritise own workload and work to process and deadlines. The post holder must be a team player with excellent communication skills and be able to work without direct supervision on a daily basis producing work of a good quality to a high standard, accurate and paying attention to detail.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have excellent computer and organisational skills to support this role. Due to the nature of this service, the post holder will be required to deal with sensitive information and must adhere to confidentiality and data protection at all times.
