Based within our client warehouse working for Perenco UK, the Yard Co-ordinator will be expected to perform all activities involving packing CCUs for offshore requirements.
- Presenting a positive image of the Company through first class service delivery and customer engagement, building effective relationships across the business.
- Maintaining housekeeping standards within the operating areas, including daily checks of vehicles.
- The safe use of forklifts and lifting equipment
- Loading/unloading of vehicles in line with operating instructions and HSE standards
- Undertaking freight / cargo handling in line with operating instructions and HSE standards
- Packing/unpacking of shipping containers
- Ensuring that items received are as ordered with the correct details and serviceability and that they conform to Perenco instructions issued by approved Purchase Order.
- Follow requirements set out within Perenco procedures ensuring all steps in the process are followed.
- Complete transport requests for materials to reach vendor/ other sites in the business.
- Completion of Safety Data Sheets and Dangerous Goods Paperwork ensuring that this accompanies the materials throughout the cycle.
- Customer focused and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships, both internal and external.
- Accustomed to working effectively in a fastpaced environment, flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.
- Ability to work standalone, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while a positive contributor to the wider team.
- Motivated to achieve the highest standards of performance and customer support, maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- 12T Forklift Licence
- Manual Handling
- Full Driving Licence
- COSHH Awareness
- HSE related Training and an understanding of Health and Safety legislation
- Reach truck licence
- Dangerous Goods via Road, Air & Sea
