Based within our client warehouse working for Perenco UK, the Yard Co-ordinator will be expected to perform all activities involving packing CCUs for offshore requirements.

Roles and responsibilities

Presenting a positive image of the Company through first class service delivery and customer engagement, building effective relationships across the business.
Maintaining housekeeping standards within the operating areas, including daily checks of vehicles.
The safe use of forklifts and lifting equipment
Loading/unloading of vehicles in line with operating instructions and HSE standards
Undertaking freight / cargo handling in line with operating instructions and HSE standards
Packing/unpacking of shipping containers
Ensuring that items received are as ordered with the correct details and serviceability and that they conform to Perenco instructions issued by approved Purchase Order.
Follow requirements set out within Perenco procedures ensuring all steps in the process are followed.
Complete transport requests for materials to reach vendor/ other sites in the business.
Completion of Safety Data Sheets and Dangerous Goods Paperwork ensuring that this accompanies the materials throughout the cycle.

Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours)

Customer focused and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships, both internal and external.
Accustomed to working effectively in a fastpaced environment, flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.
Ability to work standalone, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while a positive contributor to the wider team.
Motivated to achieve the highest standards of performance and customer support, maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

12T Forklift Licence
Manual Handling
Full Driving Licence

Desirable Qualifications/Competencies

COSHH Awareness
HSE related Training and an understanding of Health and Safety legislation
Reach truck licence
Dangerous Goods via Road, Air & Sea
