    • A high-profile law firm with several offices across the region is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with approximately 2-4 PQE (but are hiring at all levels) to hit the ground running, progressing quickly into an Associate role and beyond.

    The private client team is the biggest division in the firm. It is a very exciting time to join as they are actively growing their presence further across the Midlands – giving you plenty of scope to move up the career ladder as the team grows its caseload.

    There is plenty of work available and your mission will be to enable the team to integrate this into its existing client base. You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of work and clients with businesses in lots of different sectors, expanding your technical and commercial skills.

    You'll learn from Legal 500 named individuals and be supported in growing your own profile.

    The firm is supportive and big into work/life balance. You'll be able to enjoy hybrid working and good quality work for longstanding clients. All fee earners have secretarial support, and this is something the firm is committed to keeping.

    Your caseload will be caried and complex, including LPAs, wills, estate admin, and the creation of trusts and tax planning matters for HNW clients.

    The firm will invest in you from day one and is also willing to fund and support you in becoming STEP qualified, if you aren't already.

    You will have the opportunity to boost your salary with a 10% performance bonus, which has been awarded consistently in recent years.
