Hybrid working (Head Office Windermere & Kendal - minimum 2 days per week, plus nationwide travel)

The Role


This is a key member of the Customer Marketing Team, driving the retail sales performance through effective marketing and space planning.

You will own the retail marketing budget and be accountable for the complete 'go to market' plan for our store estateas well as being hands on in signing off space plans at category level.

You will manage a team of two and work closely with Buying & Merchandising and the Retail Team.

This is a really exciting role for anyone who lives and breathes retail and wants to makean impact in a busy nationwide retailer.


About You


You'll be a retail expert, confident in all aspects of a retail marketing plan including visual merchandising and point of sale.

You will also be commercially astute and able to build space plans to maximise sales driving opportunities in our stores.

Youwill be a confident communicator, able to manage conflicting opinions and work with numerous stakeholders. You'll have an advanced level of numeracy and be able to distil sales forecasts into product space. You'll also be creative and have an eye for detail.

Able to think on your feet and manage your own workload and meet deadlines, you'll enjoy working in a fast paced retail environment where there is always lots going on.

You'll be happy working independently whilst also enjoying being part of a team, sharinginformation, knowledge & experience freely and building and maintaining positive relationships.
