Description
MMP Consultancy is looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer, supporting on Damp and Mould projects. Working for a housing provider based in London.

As Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing liaison with residents to ensure the smooth running of the planned refurbishment works.

This includes actively working with colleagues across the business, local authorities and other stakeholdersand agencies to develop and deliver services that lead to the improvement to the residents.

To provide an efficient and customer focussed administrative support service to the team to ensure effective service delivery is achieved and maintained


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver resident involvement strategies on planned refurbishment scheme.
  • Manage the customer journey, producing and ensuring the service providers disseminate information packs and leaflets to residents.
  • Effectively manage the complaints process on refurbishment schemes.
  • Actively liaise with the residents on the progress of the scheme.
  • Resolve complex access and customer service issues to ensure the successful delivery of the works, including defects logging and actions
  • Assist with identifying risks and hazards on site and take remedial action to safeguard residents and staff
  • The post holder will be required to attend evening and occasional weekend meetings as the demands of the post require
  • Previous experience of working as a Resident Liaison Officer, Resident Consultation Officer or Resident Engagement Officer
  • Experience of resident involvement and building contractor sectors
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to residents and colleagues
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to work on multiple work packages simultaneously
  • Full UK Driving Licence
