Position Overview:

As a Production Scientist you will play a vital role in the development and manufacturing of novel products derived from Process Development.

Working within a team in a GMP environment, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to SOPs, maintaining quality management systems (QMS), and fostering a clean and sterile laboratory environment.

Main Responsibilities:
Execute batch manufacturing processes in compliance with GMP standards.
Support the scale-up of manufacturing operations while maintaining quality standards.
Draft and update SOPs and batch records to ensure process consistency.
Record all activities and deviations within the QMS to maintain compliance.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
Collaborate with the team to conduct process risk assessments.
Uphold cleanliness and sterility standards in the laboratory environment.
Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.
Essential SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Biological Science, Biotechnology, or Immunology-related field.
Prior experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is essential.
Proficiency in multi-parameter Flow Cytometry.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
