Project - £80 million Multi Occupancy project.
Remuneration Package - Upto £75, % car allowance + package
Client Overview:
My client is a leading and accomplished property development firm based in the Northwest.
As their own developer within the region, they have recently secured a significant portfolio of projects, including an £80 million development in Manchester.
Their commitment to excellence and long-term growth has positioned them as a key player in the industry, and they are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team.
On-site Leadership: As the Project Manager, you will be the primary on-site representative for a £80 million development in Manchester.
Team Coordination:
Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Budget and Resource Management:
Oversee project financials, ensuring adherence to the £80 million budget. Efficiently allocate resources and monitor costs to maximise profitability.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project and implement effective mitigation strategies. Proactively manage unforeseen issues to minimise impact on project delivery.
Quality Assurance:
Uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality developments. Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards are met at every stage of the project.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, preferably in the property development or construction sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse project team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and stakeholder management.
In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
