    Description
    Develop and update Manufacturing Instructions.
    Assist in industrial validation processes, utilising tools like FMEA's and FAI's.
    Resolve technical issues encountered during manufacturing.
    Manage Configuration Control by incorporating Design Modifications into Manufacturing Instructions.
    Provide support for the Non-Conformance Process using SAP.

    Completion of a formal technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21.
    Minimum of 5 years experience in an engineering discipline.
    Ability to interpret Design Drawings to create Manufacturing Build Instructions for Skilled and Semi-Skilled operators.
    Experience in Electronic Sub Assembly manufacturing up to System level builds.
    Familiarity with assembly processes for small/miniature Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems.
    Training in manual handling and ESD.

    Apprenticeship completion is mandatory
