Company Overview
ATS Atlas Travel Solutions isa dynamic inbound Tour Operator, offering comprehensive ground handling services throughout Ireland and the UK for touring groups, special interest groups, Conferences and Incentives.
*Key skills required for Assistant
Fluency in both verbal and written English. Any other European language is advantageous but not essential. All our clients are based overseas.
- 6 months experience in an Accounts setting
- Knowledge of SAGE Line 50 Accounting System or similar a benefit but not essential
- Any experience working for an inbound operator or hotel would be beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- To work meticulously ensuring that all figures and entries are correct.
Summary of Roles & Breakdown:
Working under direction of the accounts manager
- Accounts Payable process prepayment supplier invoices for Scotland & Ireland Offices, liaise with suppliers for vat invoices.
- Process invoices on our operations system / accounts system
- Process sales staff expenses
- Check supplier statements and organise prepayments where necessary
- Assist with Accounts receivable reconciling payments with bookings
- Assist the accounts manager and liaise between the operations department and accounts.
