About Us:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with expertise in Python and TANGO to contribute to the design and construction of cabinet systems software for the Low-Frequency instrument of the Square Kilometre Array (SKA).

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and construct cabinet systems software.
Operate under the SAFe software development framework, focusing on Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, tested code in alignment with SAFe development teams and the SKA Observatory's objectives.

Carry out day-to-day activities within Oxford Astrophysics and the SKA Observatory through the Agile process, meeting reporting responsibilities and deadlines.

Experience and proficiency in Python and TANGO, with a proven track record in software engineering.
