    Responsibilities:

    Oversee classes in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment
    Implement pre-prepared lessons and activities following the teacher's guidelines
    Manage classroom conduct and enforce school policies regarding behaviour and discipline
    Provide assistance and guidance to students as necessary to support their learning progress
    Monitor student engagement and participation during lessons, relaying feedback to the teacher upon their return
    Handle administrative duties like attendance taking and material distribution as required
    Collaborate with teaching staff and support colleagues to maintain continuity in the absence of the regular teacher
    Report on student behaviour and performance to the teacher upon their returnAdditional Responsibilities:

    Support lunchtime supervision and contribute to student welfare initiatives
    Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the student experience
    Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
    Uphold and promote a positive school culture by demonstrating respectful behaviour and attitudesRequirements:

    Previous experience in a school environment preferred but not mandatory
    Effective communication skills and the ability to interact positively with students and staff
    Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere
    Adaptability and flexibility to work across different subjects and age groups
    Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and follow instructions
