Customer Complaints Advisor (Temporary Contract)

Hybrid, working from home 3 days each week

Based in Telford

£10.42 per hour
he role is initially a 2-month contract but could possibly be longer.

Hours of work:
Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am

5:00pm (Working from home on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday).

Your duties will involve:

Working on a variety of cases, building relationships and dealing with residents.
You will be dealing with incoming calls which will be mostly complaints.
As an experienced complaints advisor you will be responsible for seeing each complaint through to completion.
Liaising with and building relationships with internal colleagues.
Updating customers information onto their inhouse system.
