An exciting opportunity has arisen to make a difference to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across the Bradford District.


Bradford Council is seeking to appoint an Access and Inclusion Officer with significant experience, knowledge and skills of working with children with SEND in the early years.


Access and Inclusion Officers support Private Voluntary and Independent (PVI) settings and childminders to develop their inclusive practices for children accessing early education.

They support settings to meet the individual needs of children with SEND accessing the provision.

They also provide high quality training for PVIs to support them meeting the needs of children with SEND and work closely with partner professionals working with the child.
