I am currently looking for an experienced Technician in the US property sector but other classes will be considered.

Ideally the Insurance Technician will have 4 + years' experience which includes North American Property Binding Authorities within a Lloyds BrokerExperience of the Global system would be a distinct advantage however full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Ideally looking for someone with a can do attitude and who is a good team player.


Overview of tasks and responsibilities:
Producing Insurance documentation including BAA slips + EndorsementsKnowledge of DCOM, ATLAS Crystal etc. Preparing and typing of letters / emails and other correspondenceMaintaining online filing and archiving systemsEntering Data onto the Global systemKnowledge of Word, ExcelArranging extension to terms of tradeCalculating Profit Commissions & E2I'sDealing with queries from Brokers, Underwriters, Claims Department, Accounts and clients and escalating issues as appropriate to ensure timely and efficient problem resolutionProviding regular feedback to Technical Team Leader regarding ongoing workGroup rules and procedures, including maintaining accurate records
