The opportunity


Working in the Integrated Mobility team at EY offers fantastic opportunities to develop client relationships early on in your career and to be involved in the day-to-day management of relationships and delivery of our services across a broad range of issues above and beyond tax compliance and advisory.


We are looking to grow our Mobility Services team with an Assistant Tax Adviser t who can deliver high-quality services to our clients.


Your key responsibilities

  • Supporting in the management of clients with inbound expatriates to the UK and UK outbounds.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing consistently high levels of client service.
  • Contributing to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients.
  • Contributing to the daytoday delivery of client services both tax compliance and advisory.
  • Contributing to the successful delivery of mobility tax projects and ensuring technical excellence.
  • Facilitating workflow to colleagues in the UK and our offshore compliance processing centre.
  • Adhering to Quality and Risk Management processes.
  • Being a trusted member of the team by developing yourself and others

  • Outgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality output
  • Strong technical skills or keen to develop them
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Project management skills, plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines, monitor own budget

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards
  • Clientfocused and commercially aware
  • Relationship management skills with the ability to manage client expectations
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically
  • Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral

Ideally, you'll also have:


  • Experience working within professional services or an ambition to build a career in professional services
