We are pleased to be advertising for the role of Head of Temporary Staffing and eRostering. We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our senior leadership team to bring clinical credibility and experience.This role is a critical role for the delivering of Our People Plan and ensuring that we have a responsive Bank Worker offer and effective rostering to support the reduction in reliance on agency workers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with team leader experience to progress their career in leadership and join the People and Culture team.

The Head of Temporary Staffing and eRostering will be the Head of Service for both the eRostering, and Temporary Staffing teams based in the People & Culture directorate at Duncan Macmillan House, offering support and clinical expertise to both teams through excellent leadership and management.
You will be a key influencer in the team's contribution to the delivery of the Trust People Plan, using rostering and temporary staffing expertise to look after our people, find new ways of working and delivering care and overall to support our organisation being a diverse, inclusive, great place to work.
You will be a key member of the People & Culture Directorate Leadership Team and will line manage:
- eRostering Lead
- Temporary Staffing Lead
- Temporary Staffing Nurse Advisor
You will need to build close and trusting relationships with their line reports, as well as other key Heads of Service and teams across the People & Culture Directorate.
You will be a Registered Nurse who will work closely in partnership with the Trust Safer Staffing Lead and clinical leaders to ensure that the team are able to support and deliver the temporary staffing offer to support safer staffing levels.
You will have an in-depth knowledge of inpatient rotas and will report on eRostering metrics in accordance with set objectives, targets, quality standards and influence the delivery of safer staffing.

The postholder will report to and work closely alongside the Associate Director of People, Planning, Resourcing and Deployment.
They will be a key member of the People & Culture Directorate Team and will line manage:
- Temporary Staffing Lead
- Temporary Staffing Nurse Advisor
You will work alongside the Associate Director of People, Planning, Resourcing and Deployment to continuously improve our People Practices in the above areas, so that we get 'the basics' right every time for our people.
You will support the Associate Director of People, Planning, Resourcing and Deployment in developing and delivering a strategic response to the Trust recruitment and resources challenges.
They will take responsibility for ensuring we have a Temporary Staffing service which meets the needs of our services.Finally, you will support our people planning approach, assist in shaping local plans and contributing regionally to realise the ambitions in 'Our People Plan' to ensure Nottinghamshire Healthcare is 'diverse, inclusive and a great place to work'.
