    An exciting opportunity has emerged within the councils Children and Young People's Service for the role of Project Coordinator (SEND).

    As we continue to develop our Supported Internship provision, you will play a key part in co-ordinating the development and expansion of the Supported Internship provision in Liverpool as part of an exciting new pilot.

    This role will be hybrid working in partnership with education providers, young people, employers and various stakeholders across the city.


    Responsibilities:

    You will:
    Be responsible for the co-ordination and development of the SEN supported internship pilot programme in Liverpool.

    Line manager the SEND Employment Support Job Coaches to ensure effective support is provided to young people on the pilot.

    Develop and maintain effective partnerships with a range of internal and external partners.


    What You'll Need:
    You will have experience of coordinating programmes with multi agency partners.
    You will need prior experience of working with people with disabilities and neurodiverse conditions.
    You will have an inclusive approach to involving others in discussions and project work.
