- Engage in negotiations for commercial and contractual terms, with full support available from Line Manager, Department Director, and Pricing Manager as needed for approval
- Oversee the postsale care of newly acquired customers until they are ready to transition to an Account Manager
- Maintain uptodate records in CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Traveling to meetings with prospective clients and partners to enhance the quality of discussions and address identified issues more effectively
- Solid abilities in negotiation and planning, along with effective communication and strong commercial acumen
- An existing network of merchants and clients would be advantageous
